My comment was not a statement of fact but rather a statement that I was wondering about something. I never said that it definitely happened. In fact I said the exact reverse of that. I said "I don't know what happened here".

Unless there is someone here who was on the inside when Morgans were talking to management before the capital raise, then I guess all comments that Management were definitely unprodded investors into the capraise are also conjecturing.

But I do hope for all holders that management were leading the charge begging to put their money in. It just isn't always that way.
