Osi et al, how does this all tie in with cloud based call recording for mobiles?

Can the traditional on premises solutions facilitate this? Wouldn't this have very similar security and sovereignty concerns for businesses as a cloud based solution anyway? I believe I have read that the mobile and playback solution was a DUB innovation at the time.

This is great news, although is it any different from the announcement we already new from the Optus site or does this just mean it is now live? The Optus announcement (below) suggested the Cisco/Broadsoft solution wasn't going to go live until June. The DUB announcement reads as if the availability is coming through CISCO rather than a direct agreement through DUB and Optus.
