I'm not a techno but I assume that a mobile can use the platform as easily as a land line. The recording happens on the cloud.
Dub doesn't have to chase telco clients. CISCO does that for them and promotes Dubber's platform in the process of promoting the Broadsoft platform. Dubber gets a small royalty for each available end user. There are a lot of potential end users out there.
