Hesh...good to talk..I hope I can provide you with my present analysis ...if you watch the daily action of shares then a little known technical analysis is to watch the pattern of the closing prices...we have had a clear indication of a strong break in trend ..clearly seen by three lower closing lows one after another...and indeed we have seen two structures with four lower lows in a row.Added to this fundamentally the top line ie the number of telcos that want the technology has been high..the technology is good... but it seems that it is very difficult to get the clients of the telcos onboard as fast "as was expected"....I think the virus is the driver..businesses and individuals have a newer more urgent Prime Driver of watching every cent...so many businesses are on a life line...WE CANNOT EXPECT THE HUGE MOVES IN REVENUE THAT WERE OUR EXPECTATION BEFORE THE VIRUS...the shares are adjusting downward in price to the new reality of a much slower revenue growth, profit growth and cash flow...Many sole traders and partnership are going bankrupt and companies moving into liquidation world wide. We may indeed see an essential further raising of funds ahead for many operations including Dubber ....THE SHARE PRICE IS ADJUSTING ACCORDINGLY...EXPECTATIONS MUST ADJUST.The reality is ...."I believe everything is happening a lot slower ...driven by cash preservation everywhere throughout the world... so this has been a very unusual world wide negative impact on Dubber and indeed many international Companies." Have no doubt ..Dubber product is a great product...but with this horrible impact of the virus, Company survival and cash preservation are "at present" the prime drivers of many of Dubbers clients.

you don’t understand the tech LB. To say we cannot expect the huge moves in revenue as we expected before the virus tells me you don’t understand Dubbers technology at all. Revenue will accelerate with covid work from home requirements and BCP implementations. Time will tell who is right and wrong.
