Lord I understand where your coming from however,

Stock momentum and movements in the index are largely irrelevant if you have strong conviction and a favourable open.

if you believe in the stock as you mention is it not best to hold and accumulate as it continues to go south? Maybe this is irrelevant to you as it would be increasing your open which may not be what your wanting.

bear in mind it's not unrealistic to assume that there could be a re-rating in the SP if we have a quarterly which shows strong improvements in,
