I don’t see how that adds up. The end user is billed by their telco. Are you suggesting businesses have their telco bill at the bottom of the to pay list? Not in my experience.

And for the telco (huge corporations in the main), cashflow isn’t a problem and the Dubber service is just additional revenue for them so I think they’ll be happy to pay.

The disparity between revenue and cashflow in the last quarter made sense to me. Revenues were scaling from stuff all with the bulk coming in the last couple of months of the quarter. It makes sense that the cash would fall into the next quarter.

The next results will show a big increase in cash receipts to match the revenue growth of the prior quarter.

Of course the exponential growth rates, where each months revenue is bigger than the last, will see cash receipts lag revenue by about a month each quarter.
