TA wise, great consolidatory action. I do think this acquisition is notably transformative and accelerates the top-line (which was one of my concerns with this company initially with the absolute revenue value at the top-line being a little minimal so far). This paves the way for this company in the UK and it's inarguable that their product has strong longevity, and to get to this point where they are acting as a consolidator and also partnering with these large blue chip telcos indicates this is a market leader.

I would expect a re-rate based on this current acquisition once the psychological effects of anchoring and perhaps mean reversion wear off AND/OR after the next quarterly is released in January which continues to create the image of further growth.
