Dubber has so much potential but still too many unanswered questions to get a dramatic jump in share price and probably the reason for the recent pull back.

What are they going to spend the capital raise on? The only acquisition announced so far is "petty cash" and doesn't warrant a cap raise.

How much revenue are the foundation partners generating? The communication around these partnerships are ambiguous - give us some detail. Without it the market assumes it isn't a big deal ... yet.

Give us an outlook. What's the next 12 months look like in terms of revenue and cash generation?
