Where does everyone see the absolute bottom?
I think a stock market fall of a magnitude similar to the panic seen in March 2020 could see this stock as low as $1.00 but it won't get that low easy!
If we are to assume the business model works and in the mid to long term the business will produce a net profit, the SP is starting to get into real bargain territory. Enterprise value to ARR is currently sitting at around 9. At $1.00, this ratio will be close 4 - surely even with higher interest rates that has to be the absolute bottom?
One thing is for sure though - the $100m+ capital raise at $2.95 was (likely unintentionally) a masterstroke by the management. At current cash burn of around $6m per quarter (conservative and hopefully an amount that will start reducing in the next few quarters), there is enough cash left for a whopping 5 years. The money was raised for acquisitions but in the current climate I'm glad no large acquisitions were made because raising capital in the short term would have very seriously diluted our holdings.
