I will accumulate with some more cash at $1.00 - $1.30,
There are many catalysts to burn short positions at current prices. A conservative base case is that DUB reverts back to $1.82 (Analyst price target) over the next 6 months. Investors are currently grappling with the cash burn. I am not of the opinion that the cash burn will increase from current levels quite the opposite. In the upcoming quarters I expect to see a steady decrease in opex growth rates while the operating leverage of the business kicks in. I believe this will act as a catalyst for the share price to appreciate back to my conservative price target of $1.82. The sooner this reduction in Opex growth the faster the re-rate.
The bear case is that opex continues to increase along with short positions. In which case I would continue to accumulate as this will normalise over time. Opex has increased to put infrastructure around the growth of the business. This doesn't mean the business is in structural decline.. Yes sentiment has fallen off a cliff.. Has the fundamentals of the business...I don't think so.. Investors that look at DUB with conviction and take a medium term view will do well entering at these prices IMO & DYOR
