Seems to me that the business strategy is being maintained, growth is continuing, costs are being managed and the collection is not highly unusual given the client base and the industry. I haven't identified anything surprising within the report and without being a conspiracy theorist, I wouldn't say that there was anything misleading in the presentation, both were simply sticking to the script. It does seem that there are some holders who expect miracles, I'm not in that group. I expect growth, cost reduction and an executable business strategy, that's what we have to date. The assessment from Roy2U and Stezza summed up my views exactly but I am constantly surprised by the fact that little to no news can crash peoples investment thesis so quickly, I know there are other elements at play but selling like Friday is just beyond my scope of comprehension.
