Dubber.Dubber.Do., page-6605

Hi all, potential new investor here as Dubber seems super cheap at the moment and I'm just trying to understand what Dubbers unique point of difference is. (still reading/researching so go easy) but thought I'd put it out there to save me some time and get a different perspective.
Who is Dubbers competition?
Also given that Zoom, MS Teams etc can record phone calls/video, are they a direct competitor? I'm guessing no as I assume Dubbers customers are Call Centres and the service just integrates with an existing software? If that is the case then why wouldn't customers just use the phone systems recording system.

P.s I understand that Dubber has an awesome feature to do keyword searches in recording.

Any help with helping me understanding more about Dubber is appreciated
