Unfortunately the only positive thing I can say about Steve is that he is good at cap raises
He has never been able to make a profit from the call recording side - even with the stated 580,000 users
In the webinar on Monday, I think he said that the AI products were getting ready to launch. Can we trust him to price this service in a way that makes a profit? Not only does it have to cover the infrastructure that the AI services need, but has to cover the call recording side as well
Do customers really want this service? Enough to pay for it?
They need to show that they do in the next 3 quarters
