Steve did say in a previous webinar that they had looked at other companies to acquire, but then decided not to

The June 22 4C has a note

"Cash outflows for the quarter shown in line 1.2(b) were subject to non-recurring and one-off items in the order of $1.5m which included:

- Consultant and legal fees in relation to potential acquisition targets;"

So I believe they are still, or at least were, looking to acquire companies

Lucky they didn't

Lucky they did the CR when they did

How much can they push this luck?

Another reason why I think Steve is the wrong CEO to guide the company in this time. These reasons are stacking up IMO
