This comment may be referring to the recent correction in the financial reporting which definitely has resulted in a decline in revenue, against that previously reported as revenue. For sure actual cash receipts are stagnant and not growing anywhere near what the quarterly would indicate, averaging just over $7M in the last 8 quarters and only averaging around $7.5M in the last 4 quarters... so cash receipts are flatlining while expenses are J curving... it's all in the reports.
