I agree with bastjose in a lot of regards. Steve is not the enemy, he has done a wonderful job with the idea, the tech and getting all those telcos. Where i do differ though is for the future. I think Steve should consider an approach like Rod Drury from xero. Stepping aside as ceo to become a non exec director. This allows the reigns to be handed to a ceo with global experience, particularly now the focus has changed from telco growth to paying customers.

Again, i think he has done a wonderful job and deserves the fruits, but market confidence would be restored instantly with a highly recognised ceo
