Noonster, i think the answer is it depends on the type of deal. Basic call recording i believe is nil but foundation partner is an immediate commitment.Also, the use of the term risk is probably out of context. The telcos have a huge reputation risk associated with their partners, particularly if they white label like many do. Dubber fails and the public think it is the telco. Not small and definitely not zero.
