• Share price goes from 20c to $4,
• can't collect payments from customers,
• raise and burn through $100m
• improperly announce financial position to market which wipes out all gains back to original listing price (BTW, this alone is enough to go after the Directors and execs)
• keep expense ratio at about same amount
• replace any position with a C in front of it as a last desperate attempt to save face (not gonna work)
• drops out of All Ords

do we wait for them to officially become insolvent before calling Freehills?

holding to the bitter end (less than a year away now). hopefully that will end the wife's "why didn't you sell at $4?????????????????" (but we know better :-(
