They will def need to raise more capital, dilute SH accordingly.
Increase in revenue will help but once another CR is done, the loyal SH will start to look elsewhere. Unless there's a plan as to how to turn things around, why wouldn't you.
They have the major telcos onboard, with markets struggling it seems unlikely small to medium businesses will invest into recording their customer / agent calls as they seek to cut costs to remain solvent themselves.
From $4.30 to 18c and a few scandals along the way. Quite a story.
