Bastjose, The way I am reading it, is it's primarily the Shorter's that are buying and selling playing the price up and down between 16.5 and 21.5 C (DYOR) --- That said Steve does need to come good on his statement at the last 4C of an investor update (now long overdue in my opinion ) !
