Nuwave already partner with Dubber, so why are they also partnering with Call Cabinet?

The interview was interesting, mainly because the CEO of Call Cabinet seems to be parroting exactly the same messages as Steve - conversation analytics, transforming conversations into intelligence, actionable items, etc

Looking at Nuwave's website, it looks like it uses Dubber's previous marketing slogans, where as the Call Cabinet one looks like what Dubber's messaging is now

Something that Call Cabinet seem to import to use in their analytics is email, which Dubber does not do. With Steve going on about exposing the voice of the customer, not importing email looks like a huge miss. That is a major communication channel that they are not getting data from

Call Cabinet is looking like serious competition - they are an option for call recording in the Cisco WebEx Control Hub, Nuwave is partnering with them, and their features look a lot more expansive than Dubber's

I would have hoped that the 100 million raise from a couple of years ago would have delivered some of the features that Call Cabinet is saying they have
