I can't for myself think of any needs that I would have for it, or with in any if the organisations I work with, but for a call Center for sure.. hope the system is tuned to sub continent accents though..
I still fear this is a total black hole dog stock, they have high expenses... check the Sydney HQ.... not once have any of their pronouncements landed on target.. 170+ partners.. global no less... but bugger all revenue.. so where too next? does the system have a moat? how is it going to be properly monetised.. simple questions, that have never been answered...
I still suspect large scale fraud and that a class action is needed.. Once a unicorn, now a cockroach scurrying for survival.... I haven't cashed out yet.. but I should have long long ago..
