Definition of the word "sham":
• It often implies a degree of deception, trickery, or underhandedness.
• It can also suggest superficiality, emptiness, or lack of substance.

DUB makes sham claims - ie their product claims lack substance - these are sham claims because when making any product you need to be solving a well defined problem - and they are not able to do this - they have no commercial solution - so there is emptiness at the core!!!

AND

DUB are deceptive - because they go on making those claims long after they know all too well they have nothing!!! They just want to keep their salaries rolling in - via investors / not CUSTOMERS
