True that call recording is embedded in most UC platforms. However, the market for Dubber is compliant recording. If, for example, a user can record the call and make a copy out of it, then this is a risk to the business.
For Telcos there is the additional benefit which is to sell call recording across the UC platforms as well as the native mobile, all coming to the same place in a compliant and secure manner. This helps fight churn and with differentiation.
