    It looks like they dipped into the term deposit in the December quarter but only for $1.4m ... that suggests that they knew then that it wasn't all there.

    If they knew in December that they only had about $2m instead of $32m then they were already very close to trading while insolvent, given their quarterly expenses are > $12m and their quarterly cash burn is still around $4m.
