They're still suspended which means they still haven't submitted their half yearly because the auditors still haven't signed off on it.
As awful as it is, losing $30m is not a reason to fail an audit provided it's properly accounted for.
Remaining reasons not to sign off the accounts:
- there are more (cough) "inconsistencies"
- the auditors do not think the business is solvent or able to continue as a going concern
