    Why wouldn’t he? Enormous potential here. Gets to own close to 50% including his current holding. Free float would remain unaffected. Gets to have it run his way. Sometimes you need a guy like Steve (the super used car salesman as you referred) to get everyone on board, all the major telcos integrated. Then a guy like Waislitz to turn it into a global telecommunications necessity, lean and profitable. Agree reputational damage is bad. However Alex could restore faith cleaning the place out.
