the massive spending on “travel expenses” (SO CALLED) as just one item, seems to be something worthy of deeper analysis. Where has the $110m gone in such a small time span?
I suspect they knew (a few execs at the top) they were not going anywhere as a business. Personally I have no hopes for a recovery. (Disclosure a possible loss of over $100k) - so plenty of reasons to want a recovery of sorts.
Where was The Board and Where is the Board now. An update is warranted even if they admit more time is required to investigate the latest fiasco.
