I think you need to add that the building is only now worth approx $90 million and the people in charge of building/managing it have "misplaced/lost" the equivalent of 1/3rd of that $90 million (approx $30 million). Also when it/if trades again I doubt it will be at $90 million.
If you bought a block of flats for $300 million, and it is now worth $90 million and the builders/managers lost/misplaced $30 million, would you be happy?
