Agree with you Basetjose, tts time the company gaves the shareholders an update.
I understand that there is an ongoing investigation it should not be silence and shareholders are getting their updates via a court hearing.
The company hasnt been delisted yet, board are accountable to the shareholders. Unless they will think this is really a sinking ship and all hope lost at this point.
