The other part of this is that ASIC, ACCC and also company auditors all should perpetually have it as a big red flag for more scrutiny. With legal court system searches and convoluted search process in ACC ASIC and the general public have a battle all the time. directors / company numbers and some other declarations it is progress but user pay is a major battle.
Worst part of whole system is they continue to accept "undertakings" and enforcable undertakings with minor fines and legal cost recovery rather than prosecute and never actually force full compensation to victims. Its is pissweak in history and currently
