Cash at Call deposit is a cash term deposit held with a AA3 rated financial institution with a 31-day callback in the name of the Company’s legal firm as trustee. *But there is no mention of the legal company in it; previously, it was WA-based.

Now let's look at the board who are running DUB and currently trying to sort this mess out.. What have they done to earn? Where is any credibility? Look at the companies they are associated with and how much they are getting. a

Pawlowitsch is leading the company whilst it's being investigated, but he was also CFO for 5 months. Was the money in trust then? What's Slaney been doing? The new CFO look at his track record

One hopes Thorney and other major shareholders put pressure on and boot them as no doubt they will lay the blame at McGovern, its not just the missing $30 million, misleading statements, presentations ( AI etc ), suspensions, spending, $8 million debt... Time to clean house and salvage the business
