Digging into these two business, I dont see how intelligentvoice.com.au and CANARD.COM.AU are legitmate business. If they are, for a tech business its pretty poor.
This is just a drill down on their website and information associated to it from registration to contents.

• Sites has no certificate too it which screams scam now days on both sites.
• The interesting thing here is the contents in the SFAO for Canard and Intelligentvoice is EXACTLY the same other then the date. The price on the ADSL service is the same at 121 even though its 3 years apart.
