Marketed by Kinglypartners.com If this the Dubber office (I am very confident it is) - price per year for the lease is £817,787!!... It looks as though the property is currently unoccupied - so that is gallons of cash just leaking out of the business each and every month - with zero benefit.

Of course Dubber do not publish this office address anywhere, so one needs to dig around a bit..
