Sorry to once again put a pin in the ballon but if we just take Microsoft as an example, they have more connectivity to Telcos than Dubber. Just check acquisitions like Metaswitch or Nuance (as examples), not to mention that a simple device is all it takes to connect. Microsoft already have the required connectivity and proper relationships with all the Tier 1 and Tier 2 Telcos that they want to have.
If you ask yourself why Microsoft doesn't go on about call recording or 'moments', the answer can be found in the number of telcos that Dubber has Vs the actual revenue generated from the services through these telcos. in Any case, Microsoft makes money on any Dubber AI customer.
Similarly to Microsoft or Cisco, there are dozens of vendors who have everything in place with the telcos (connectivity, storage, AI, relationships), but they focus on services that generate revenue.
