I hope shareholders have the common sense to vote "No" to Peter Pawlowitsch's share remuneration at the meeting on 24-Jun-24.

He failed miserably in his duties as a director, especially in his special financial oversight appointments after both of the two most significant financial scandals at Dubber.

He might not have been in a position to stop the first, but the second happened under his watch.

He doesn't deserve to be rewarded - he should resign instead.

Dubber's prospects are terrible at best, but there's no hope under the current leadership.
