Webex has new options for recording providers that can be selected

Eleveo is a new one. But the one to notice is Webex

"Webex is available to all users and gives access to unlimited recordings. Webex recordings is currently configured with a retention period of one year and the storage per organization is 100GB. The Compliance officers can access and manage the call recordings for a selected storage location. The administrators can configure and manage a user's access to their call recordings. Users can manage their recordings using the User Hub."

So Cisco decided to provide their own recording solution? And for free? Where Dubber Go gives the user 30 days of storage, Cisco gives them 1 year

So now not only does Dubber not have the only free option in Webex, they have to compete against Webex itself? How are they planning to upsell in this instance?

Did Cisco decide to do this because of the missing funds and thought they needed to provide their own free service in case Dubber went bust?

Remember that Webex was a big enough revenue source that it was specifically called out in presentations

So many questions here. Who would be managing this relationship? Would it be the Chief Commercial Officer?
