In a dire situation and hope for shareholders that funds can be recovered - and debt for loss making businesses is never a good idea. This will need at least $15m by EOY which is roughly 50% of current market cap and a strategic investment will gobble up 50% of issues capital. It's a mess right now....
Was waiting for the qtrly and quite frankly it was very soft and below my expectation of revenue growth.
