I can tell you institutional investors have their analysts view a stock with an in depth review .., takes about two weeks before small and larger institutions take much notice ... Dubber is not the only small stock they are looking at.., however price will follow the direction of profits .. so we must give it time but history shows success for profits, positive cash flow and strong growth in revenue ... I'm patient.
