Looking at their annual reports under "transactions with key management personnel" is all sorts of stuff like the following -- money being shunted to and from companies associated with the owners and directors.

I'm sure none of this is suspicious at all.

Trade payables at 30 June 2023 include a balance of $183 (30 June 2022: $1,095) payable to Canard Pty Ltd. Intelligent Voice and 1300 MY SOLUTION are businesses associated with Mr Steve McGovern. The Group earned service fee income of $38,281 (2022: $58,844) from Intelligent Voice and $28,959 (2022: $57,511) from 1300 MY SOLUTION.

Telephony services totaling $2,195 (2021: $2,297) were provided by Canard Pty Ltd, a company associated with Mr Steve McGovern. Trade payables at 30 June 2022 include a balance of $1,095 (30 June 2021: $1,161) payable to Canard Pty Ltd. Intelligent Voice and 1300 MY SOLUTION are businesses associated with Mr Steve McGovern. The Group earned service fee income of $58,844 (2021: $65,815) from Intelligent Voice and $57,511(2021: $119,036) from 1300 MY SOLUTION. Services totalling $30,000 (2021: $10,000) were provided by Bassplay Pty Ltd, a company associated with Mr Peter Curigliano. Other receivables at 30 June 2022 includes a non-interest bearing amount of $100,977 (30 June2021: $100,977) receivable from the Medulla Group Pty Ltd vendors, including Mr Steve McGovern and Mr James Slaney.

The Group earned service fee income of $65,815 (2020: $57,943) from Intelligent Voice and $119,036 (2020: $168,269) from 1300 MY SOLUTION.
