You can call the court registrar on day or case or within 24 hours and they will tell you what next date was decided in the case and if any actions were taken. You are not party to the case directly - it is ASIC and the directors however the registrar will tell you next date of appearance. Doesn't stop them listing earlier dates for other actions etc. The papers depending on registrars load on the day can take a few hours to most of the day to get from court to them to put into system so people on phone can help you.after your time on hold. Please once you find out put it up as no point harassing registrars with multiple calls from everyone. Outside 24 hours they are restricted and can't tell you anything.
