If there’s money to be made here post CR, due to fundamental changes in board structure and oversight with severe srutineering leaving a green tick once done and dusted, there will be plenty of Vultures circling trying to get in on reopen for as cheaply as possibly. The more that come to comment after a positive prospectus, the more bullish the scenario. It all depends on the detail
