"The Group is at an advanced stage of executing the fully underwritten capital raise referenced above to raise approximately $24.0m ($20.7m net of costs of raising ($2.3m) and investigation costs into the misuse of term deposit funds ($1m))."
So whilst it's in the half yearly report, it's not part of the six months to Dec 23
