- there is no evidence they have an "AI platform" other than their marketing people saying "AI" a lot and producing one cringeworthy faked video
- even if they do have an "AI platform" there is no evidence that customers want to pay for it
- even if they do have something that they call "AI" that customers want to buy, they appear to be completely unable to sell any of their services for more than they cost to provide (cf: terrible gross margins and losses that widen when their revenue increases)
