It depends on which space you are referring too since Dubber in the legal hold, PCI and Analytics space.
People talk about Micosoft trumping all, however they are really only in the analytics space when its comes to there spaces im referring.
NOTE: This is all my understanding but may not be 100% accurate as this space has moved very fast in the last 4 years.

• Microsoft Teams is a free for all, anyone can get into that space so its a race down to the bottom between all the vendors and Microsoft themselves.
• Zoom which i dont know much about but they are partner with Theta lake I believe and seem to prefer owning the whole platform inhouse.
• Cisco Webex is split into two seperate technologies

Webex Calling which Dubber is a foundation partner for basic 30 days of recording
If the requirement was to store the recording for more then 30 days then it is provided by Dubber. Dubber first mover advantage in the Webex space being eroded, while they do get business there are three other options now avaliable.
Webex Contact Centre has its own recording solution but allow for the calls to be ingest into other legal hold, PCI and analytics platform, this is also only available to Calabrio and now Dubber I believe. Although you could technically just API out all the calls to a third party product if you can be bother.

• Telco partnership with various tier 1 providers is where the real value of Dubber is.
• On Prem PBX, this is the market being serviced by CallIn product they aquired back in 2020.
