Stumbled across this stock today and looks very interesting. Looking to invest soon hopefully.
Just have a question for anyone who might be able to answer.... Why wouldn't a customer/business just use Twilio for call recording? They offer so much more than just call recording.
I'm failing to understand the company's competitive advantage against Twilio and the other big players...I'm sure they have one, I'm just not smart enough to figure out what it is. I saw the video with the CEO where he describes their competitive advantage as having been born in the cloud etc., but the same could be said about Twilio.
Any help would be appreciated.
