I have the same impression on this video too. Why is the 'bottle-neck' issue kept in dark, is it logistic or technical? It's obvious delaying everything on the card for upto 12 months.
i also draw confidence on the fact that Korean consortium paid well above $8, will invest in the complete organisation, not just Dubbo.
Lets be patient, will topup when the trend turns
