it has been apparent (at least to me) for a while that dubbo doesn't make any financial sense without KMP (and other future metal plants). if it made sense, dubbo would have been financed and under construction already. that is why it is so important for KMP to demonstrate it is feasible at a commercial scale, that it makes a product that has market, and that it can scale up.
