That was the reason I asked about a ballpark timeline. Would be good to lock in that agreed price, as it will almost certainly increase if it is reevaluated, given the current economic climate. On the other hand, there is some risk involved in issuing the NTP before the approval is granted. Hopefully it's granted by then, but if not I'm sure management will make an informed decision.
