24/7 construction will bring it forward somewhat, they must be after be 18 mth construction time line. and the folk of Dubbo should expect a construction camp as its about the workers and there sleep, rest, food quality too avoid fatigue and eleviate being away from families by providing fifo options and only a camp can provide that, not motels and alike, Dubbo will do ok accommodation/ services wise and will reap the benifits of a large construction site nearby, once again its not about how much the town can bleed the workers via steep priced possibly unattainable accommodation substandard scenarios. any serious construction site building what we are building needs a accommodation facility of high standard as it will need to attract the highy sort after skilled professional workforce to pull this off 100%, workforce could peak at well over 600 for six months, the amount of finely tuned trade/ engineering/ management skills needed to make the plant work reliably with 100 output cannot be underestimated.
